This pavilion-like home is oriented toward a long rectangular block that spans the length of the property. Consisting of a two-story structure with expansive walls of glass and balconies; it receives views of the pool, fountain wall, foliage, and a stainless mobile installation commissioned by the client. Public spaces flow from one level to the next often defined by a change in floor height, while private spaces are nestled away from traffic areas as suites. Dark wood and polished concrete floors separate floor to ceiling windows and floating partition walls; highlighting the De Stijl pattern of the reveals.
